Terms and Conditions





1. Health Club (hereafter referred to as “HC”) is wholly owned, managed and operated by Reckitt Benckiser Hong Kong Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “RB”).


2. HC membership is open to all individuals 18 years and above, residing in Hong Kong. Membership is not available to corporations or other legal entities. Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of HC.


3. Membership in HC is not transferable and may only be used by the Member. Misuse of membership or programme benefits, including, but not limited to Fraud and Misconduct, may result in termination or suspension of membership, or withdrawal of benefits.


4. HC reserves the right to modify the HC programme structure, benefits and other features, including these Terms and Conditions, or to terminate HC at any time. Although HC will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to HC and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of Members to keep themselves up to date in respect of the HC programme and these Terms and Conditions. Any use of HC by a Member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. HC and/or RB will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to HC or to these Terms and Conditions.


5. Members are responsible for the security of their passwords and HC shall not be liable in the event that a Member's password is disclosed, whether intentionally or not, so as to allow a third person access to the Member’s account to make transactions.


6. Individuals can apply online at www.healthclub.com.hk and will become a member upon fulfilling the necessary criteria and agreeing to Terms and Conditions.


7. Multiple memberships are not permitted. Each Member must maintain only one account.


8. The Membership Scheme has two types of Membership status, Gold and Platinum. Gold Membership Status is permanent while the Platinum Membership status will be reviewed every year in January.


9.  Gold member earns 1 point for every 1 HKD spent on buying Move Free products. To earn points, the member has to upload the Purchase Receipt and fill in the necessary details on www.healthclub.com.hk . Upon confirmation by RB team, points will be credited to member’s account within 7 working days. The member has to upload scanned copy of original machine generated receipt(s) within 1 month of Receipt date. Handwritten, soiled or damaged receipts will not be accepted. A member can earn points from a Receipt only once. The amount indicated on the Receipt against each Move Free product purchased will be considered for points calculation. In case of dispute the decision of HC is final and binding on the member.


10. Gold member will qualify for Platinum tier level upon reaching 500 HKD accumulated spending any time during the fiscal year. The upgradation will automatically take place within 48 hours of member reaching 500 HKD accumulated spending.


11. Platinum members earn 2 points for every 1 HKD spent.


12. Accumulation and redemption of Points Rewards are valid only during the Points validity period and unredeemed Points cannot be carried forward and will expire. Members can check their Points Rewards balance through the HC Website.

13. Points earned from 1 January to 30 June of the current year will expire on 31 December annually. Points earned during 1 July to 31 December of the current year will be valid till 31 December of the next year.


14. Members are responsible for keeping track of their Membership status and Points expiry dates. Points will be cleared automatically after their expiry date. In case of disputes, the records held by HC shall be treated as conclusive evidence of balance of Points Rewards in each Member’s account.


15. At present there is no limit to the number of Points each member can accumulate and any change to this will be announced on HC website.


16. Members can use points to redeem rewards showcased in the Rewards section of the HC website.


17. Points cannot be exchanged / redeemed in lieu of cash.


18. Points are not transferable and cannot be used in combination with or shared between other RB loyalty club accounts the Member may have.


19. Redemption of Points is subject to the acceptance by HC and to the availability of sufficient balance of Points. If there are insufficient Points, the redemption request will be refused.


20. For occasional or special campaigns Rewards may be available only in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.


21. The redeemed rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for other rewards or Move Free products.


22. The member is responsible for using e-coupons at the specified store and within the indicated validity period.


23. HC will make best efforts to provide the Redeemed reward within reasonable time subject to the nature of the Reward. However, HC reserves the right to ask member to choose another Reward in case of non-availability or failure to deliver the Redeemed Reward.


24. Audit of Rewards Account and Activity. From time to time, accounts may be screened for valid points, transactions and account information. If any information is incomplete or the Receipts or Points are determined to be duplicates, fraudulent, or invalid for any reason, or if it appears that the account holder is not complying with these rules, the account may be suspended . After an account has been suspended, the account holder will not be able to enter any Receipts or Redeem Rewards until the matter is resolved with HC. In order to have an account removed from hold, the Member must contact HC and submit proof of purchases and compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Every attempt will be made by HC to resolve disputed information.


25. Members can terminate their Membership at any time on the HC website.


26. Any misconduct, fraud, misuse of points by any Member is found or failure to adhere to the Membership Scheme Terms of Use and/or any other related terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of Membership and cancellation of all Points Rewards with or without prior notice.


27. HC and RB shall not be liable to any Member for any loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the HC programme the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, and Rewards and the use of Rewards, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether HC and RB have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.

29. HC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and any given information, services and resources available on the HC website at any time without prior notice.


30. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between HC and member will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. If for any reason a court finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.


31. HC shall have the right at any time and at its absolute discretion without giving any prior notice or reason to Members to terminate the operation of the Membership Scheme. Upon the termination of the operation of the Membership Scheme, all rights and privileges of Members shall cease and no claim or demand of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising shall be made or capable of being made by the Member against HC in connection with the termination of the operation of the Membership Scheme.


32. The English version of these Terms of Use shall prevail wherever there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and other language versions.


33. A Member hereby warrants that the Member shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding use of the Website, Materials and Services. The Member shall use the Website, Materials and Services solely for legal purposes and will not infringe the rights of any third party in using the Website, Materials and Services.
